Wheels and Pulleys

All our wheels are hand crafted one-offs, for top quality construction and finish. The rims are a precision spun motorcycle profile, which are fixed to the CNC machined 6082-T6 billet aluminium centres with 'Blind Buttons', not "Nyloc" nuts, for a truly smooth custom result.

Although we make our wheels to order, we usually keep stock of the most popular components. Available in most sizes, to special order. Delivery on special orders is normally 4-6 weeks.

All our wheels have shear sleeves between the hub halves, so no shear stress is transferred to the fasteners.

Our wheels are available with a matching sprocket or pulley,
and brake discs made for us by Harrison Billet.

10" Custom Rear Disc Assembly

Radial.com / U-Station In-board disc assembly. A Harrison Billet 10" full-floating disc and mini-4piston caliper, on the patented U-Station "Hoop Anchor" bracket - see below.

JETSON

A very cool, swept three-spoke wheel. Looks especially good with our dished P3 or P6 dished discs, Available in most popular sizes, or to special order.

TRIPO

Elegant, but businesslike and mean. Available in most popular sizes, or to special order.

TYPHOON

The original and best swept five-spoke wheel. First designed and produced by Graham Duffy (AMS, Plymouth, UK) this wheel has been widely copied. Available in most popular sizes, or to special order.

SWEET 16

Real Sporty, Dressy or Classic, depending on how you style your bike.

GROOVE 13

Our latest wheel design, a thirteen spoke dazzler. Throws an exceptionally bright and deliquescent shower of reflected light as they roll.

STARGAZA

Now here"s a classic Hot Rod style, 5-spoke wheel. Graham Duffy"s design, and again, available in most popular sizes, or to special order.

FATTY SOLID

FATTY SOLID wheels as you see it, or we can machine them to your own design, as an original for your bike. Available in most popular sizes, or to special order.

We can also do wide rim conversions using Fatboy centres and 15" rims.
