Pulleys and Spockets:
All our Pulleys and sprockets are precision turned and machined from 6082-T6 billet Aluminium, with the teeth hard anodised for durability. Pulley teeth are milled with a genuine Bates tool, for a factory fitting belt. For styles and fitments see our ‘Wheels’ section. We stock blank centers for pulleys and sprockets that can be milled to your design, or to match our wheels.
Pulleys:
61, 65 or 70 tooth, for 1.0″, 1.125″, or 1.5″ and VROD belt, polished or anodised.
Sprockets (for 520 chain):
44, 46, 47, and 49 tooth sprockets with 0.25″, 0.5″, 0.75″, and 1″ offset. Now also available: Pulleys for VROD with cush-drive paddles. 6 styles (see our ‘Wheels and Drive’ section)
70 tooth S13 replacement pulley for FXDX. Black and clear anodised. Matches factory mag wheels.
65 tooth Jetson on Pulley Brake setup. Black anodised with polished rim
SPROCKETS
Heavy Horsepower Sprockets: with 0.0″, 0.25″, 0.5″, 0.75″ or 1.0″ offset. 6082-T6 centers with 7075 hard-anodised drive ring. 1/16″ hub shims available to give intermediate offsets also.
Centers and sprocket rings are ‘castellated mated’ for enduring, slip-free usage. For styles and fitments see our ‘Wheels’ section.
